What is GBG for Agents?

GBG for Agents lets you integrate GBG Identity, Trust & Location capabilities into AI agents and multi-agent systems via MCPs, CLIs, and more. It includes Reach (identity & address verification, available today) and GoPlane (control plane for onboarding journeys, coming soon).

Reach lets you integrate Loqate into AI Agents & multi-agent systems using the GBG Reach CLI or MCP. It ships as a CLI binary, a hosted MCP server, and a Claude Agent Skill, with verify, search, match, and policy-driven decisioning capabilities.

Why powering decisioning matters

Agents need answers, not just data.

APIs were designed with a developer in the loop. They return codes, flags, and raw fields — leaving a human to judge whether an address is deliverable, whether an email is worth the risk, whether a phone number is safe to trust with a one-time passcode.

Agents can make that judgment — but not repeatably. Left to reason from raw codes and fields, two agents will reach two different conclusions from the same data, and the same agent will reach different conclusions on different days. That's a coin flip dressed up as a workflow.

The problem isn't capability, it's consistency. Agents don't need more data to interpret — they need a decision they can act on. A confidence score, a recommendation, and a policy that matches the workflow: KYC, shipping, marketing, fraud.
